| Poznámky: | In this article the author focuses on the two parts of the work "Simkhes ha-nefesh", the first one (Frankfurt 1707) which contains little stories and exempla, and the second part (1727) which contains songs and notes. A noteworthy feature is the prominence given to Elkhonon Kirkhan's observations on Jewish life at the end of the 17th century. |
